New VTScada Internet Forum
Customers are invited to create a free account.
June 7, 2010 Bedford, NS – Trihedral is pleased to announce their new VTScada software Internet forum. This user-driven website allows VTScada operators and developers to informally seek information and share solutions about their HMI / SCADA applications.
For the last month, Trihedral's team of programmers and engineers in the US, Canada and the UK have been pre-loading the forum with useful configuration and trouble-shooting information. This includes our whole library of how-to videos.
Trihedral now invites everyone to browse this public knowledgebase using the link below.
How to actively participate
Everyone is welcome to search and browse this forum. User’s who work with organizations that have up-to-date VTScada software support contracts are eligible to register so that they may post their own questions and solutions. If you are unsure about the status of your support contract, simply contact the forum administrator using the information below. To register, click the link in the top right corner of the forum and fill out the request. Choose any user name you wish. To receive full access you must use the official email of the company or utility that purchased the VTScada software. This address will remain private.
We are confident that this forum will become an invaluable addition to the over four thousand pages of searchable electronic documentation that are built into VTScada.
