Fast, error-free application deployment is an important advantage of VTScada for both the developer and the customer. This is achieved by combining advanced polling management with automatically generated HMI displays. Each automatically generated display includes realtime I/O values, data age information, polling status, an alarm list and communications debugging tools for a particular telemetry site. As each new I/O point is added to the HMI, its value is automatically displayed on the site's HMI display.
Custom displays may also be created for each telemetry device, or a standard display may be created and then copied for each telemetry device. To simplify custom display development, VTScada includes water and wastewater-specific graphics, which are incorporated into the standard 3000+ graphic VTS library.
