Aligning Objects to their Top

The Align Top tool enables you to manipulate 2 or more selected objects so that they align to the top of top-most object. VTS treats the top-most object as the anchor and moves the other objects accordingly.

To align selected objects along their top sides, select the objects and click the Align Top button.

In the example below, the blue square and the red triangle will change position so as to align with the top of the yellow circle. The shapes are framed within a box to help demonstrate their position.

The yellow circle appears closest to the top of the page.	Select the objects.	Click the Align Top button.	The blue square and red triangle adjust themselves to align with the top of the yellow circle.
