Configuring User Groups

To set up the user groups feature of VTS, the following tasks must be completed:

4.   Enable the user group feature in the application by adding the "NameSpaceDelimiter" and "GroupLogin" variables to your application's "SecurityManager.ini" file.

5.   Configure user accounts for user groups.

 

Once groups have been defined, the login dialog will change from the version shown on the left to the version shown on the right in the following figure.  Note the addition of the Group field at the top of the dialog.
