The Copy Account dialog (shown below) opens when a user clicks the Copy button of the Accounts dialog. If automatic password expiration has not been set, the Password Options message will read “Password never expires”. Regardless of this setting, you can force the user to change their password on the next login by checking the box, “Force reset of password at next logon”.

This dialog is used to copy an existing user account and then customize it for a new user. This process is very convenient when a large number of the operators who will be using the application have the same tasks and responsibilities. You can create one account with the privileges and then copy that account as many times as you have users.
To copy an existing user account and configure it for a new user:
1. Select the account you wish to copy in the accounts list of the Accounts dialog.
2. Click the Copy button on the Accounts dialog.
The Copy Account dialog opens as shown above. The privileges granted to the account you've copied will be selected in the Copy Accounts dialog. (For a complete list of system privileges, see System Privileges.)
3. Enter a username for the new user.
Enter a password for the new user.
4. [Optional] Force the user to change their password on their next (i.e. first) logon. (See: Force Users to Change Their Password.)
5. If necessary, adjust the My Privileges list to reflect the system and application privileges you wish to be added to this account.
6. If necessary, provide this user with a log off time that is different from the default.
7. Click the OK button.
