The instructions below will help to guide you through the process of adding a new account for an Alarm Dialer system operator.
1. Logon to the application with a user account that has at least the Manager privilege.
2. Click the Logon button
This is now labeled with the username of the account you used to logon. The Options dialog will open.
3. Click the Users button to open the Accounts dialog.
4. Click the Add button to open the Add Account dialog.
5. Enter the username for the new account in the New Username field.
6. Enter a password for the new account in the New Password field.
7. Enter the password for the new account in the Confirm Password field.
8. Select the privileges you wish to grant to this user's account.
You must add at least the Alarm Acknowledge privilege in order for this operator to be able to respond to the Alarm Dialer system.
9. Click the OK button.
You will be returned to the Accounts dialog where the new user account will appear in the list.
10. Click the Close button.
