One of the primary features of the VTS software is the ease with which it can be customized. You can change VTS to make it look and function according to the needs of your company and your clients.
VTS's tools and options for customization may be of particular interest to original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) or system integrators who intend to supply products to customers that are based on their own custom-built applications, tools, features, graphics, and tags.
For VTS programmers, there is no limit when it comes to customizing VTS. Using the VTS programming language, a skilled programmer can add new tags, communication drivers, pages, and features to VTS applications. However, even without a knowledge of programming or of the VTS scripting language, Developers have extensive options for customizing VTS.
Note: Please refer to the VTS Programmer's Guide for information on the VTS scripting language and the application-specific, system-wide configuration files and variables that allow you to change the way VTS appears and behaves (see "VTS Programmer's Guide: Introduction to Configuration Files and Variables".
