Data Flow Communication Statistics Drawing Method

 The Comm Messages button will display the following information about a Data Flow RTU driver tag.

Driver Name  The Driver Name element indicates the name of the driver (within the driver's code) for which statistics are being displayed.

Version             The Version element indicates the version number and date that this driver was created.

Stats For            The Stats For item indicates the name of the station for which the statistics are displayed.

Counts               The Counts item displays the number of successful communications since the system started.

Timestamp      The Timestamp item displays the time of the last successful communication.

Date Stamp     The Date Stamp item indicates the date of the last successful communication.

Dt                        The Dt element indicates the Response time – that is, the time between successive messages. The Response time is typically used to determine how fast data is being transferred for drivers that request data at regular intervals.

 

Error                   The Error element indicates the error number (code) for the current error.

Error Mess       The Error Mess element displays a message describing the type of communications error that has occurred.

Last Error         The Last Error element indicates the error number (code) for the last error that occurred.

Error Count      The Error Count element indicates the number of errors that have occurred since the system started.

Error Time       The Error Time element indicates the time of the last reported error.

 

Error Date        The Error Date element indicates the date of the last reported error.

Error Owner    The Error Owner element indicates the address at which the last error occurred.

Error Station    The Error Station element indicates the address of the station at which the last error occurred.

Error Mem Addr               The Error Mem Addr element indicates the PLC address at which the last error occurred.

Serial Error      The Serial Error element indicates the error number (code) for the serial error (if one has occurred).
