The Dataradio diagnostic driver tag type enables users to read statistics from any given Integra-TR or Integra-H Dataradio unit.
These tags are only required in applications where you wish to gather data about a Dataradio unit.
For example, a common arrangement might be a Dataradio unit connected to your PC, and a secondary Dataradio unit connected to an RTU or PLC at a remote location. In order to collect data from the RTU or PLC, your VTS application can use an appropriate communication driver tag such as Allen-Bradley or Modicon. If you wish to gather data about either Dataradio units in such a scenario (e.g. the temperature of the Dataradio unit), your application will require a Dataradio diagnostic driver tag.
