To delete a DM, follow these steps:
1. Select the item in the Configure dialog (under the appropriate User Draw Methods library).
2. Right-click to open its context menu.
3. Select Delete.
4. Click on OK in the confirmation dialog.
Warning: When you delete a DM, you also delete every instance where that DM was used throughout your application. Proceed with care!
