The disabled alarm list displays only those alarms that have been disabled for your application. An alarm is disabled when its Disable Alarm property (on the Actions tab for the alarm tag's properties folder) has been set to 1. Once a disabled alarm has been enabled, it will no longer appear on the disabled list.

Disabled alarms are always displayed using purple text.
Note: Because disabled alarms will not indicate when the associated equipment is in an alarm state, it is important to monitor the disabling of alarms, and ensure that they are eventually re-enabled.
