Each tag you create (with the exception of the logger, font style, alarm priority, and serial port tag types) has drawing methods inherent to its tag type. Each of these drawing methods enables you to visually display the value of each tag on the pages of your applications, and create intuitive operator interfaces.
To draw a tag, follow the steps below.
1. Click the Browser button in the Configuration Toolbox. The Tag Browser will open.
2. Use the Tag Browser’s searching and filtering capabilities to locate and select the tag you wish to draw.
3. Click the Draw button. The available drawing methods for the selected tag will be displayed.
