Draws a series of scale marks for the meter in either a linear or a radial format as shown:

The scale marks are a static image. You can adjust the appearance, number, size and color of the markers through the graphic editor, but once set, they do not change. There is no link between the appearance of the scale markers and any tag or parameter value.
The Graphic Editor dialog for the Draw Scale is shown in the following image:

The image used for the long tick marks. A simple line works best. Don`t worry about finding or making a perfectly sized image for the marks. The individual tick images can be scaled using the Relative Size slider.
The images used for the short tick marks. Normally the same style of line as the major tick mark, but shorter.
One major division will give you two major tick marks – one at either end of the scale. Each major division will be filled with the ticks set in the number of minor divisions, therefore it is wise to avoid setting this value too high.
The number of small tick marks drawn between each major division will be set by this number minus one.
This slider allows you to scale the tick mark images. Thanks to this control, you do not need to create a new set of tick marks for every possible meter size.
When checked, the tick marks will be drawn in a linear format:

The controls, Orientation and Reflect Image are available only to Linear Scales.
Can be set to either horizontal or vertical. It is important that the tick mark images selected are appropriate to the orientation: Select vertical marks for horizontal scales and horizontal marks for vertical scales.
The normal orientation of the scale markers is as a row across the top (when oriented horizontally) of a relatively large area. You can choose Reflect Image to flip the markers to the opposite side of the area.

Radial Scale (Minimum Angle & Maximum Angle)
Causes the scale to be drawn in an arc (example below) The Minimum Angle (start of the scale) and Maximum Angle (end of the scale). These are measured in degrees, clockwise from North.
The radial scale shown here has two major divisions, starts at 300 degrees and ends at 60.

Adjusts the hue, etc. of the indicator image. Color control is described in the chapter: Color Options - Adjust Image Hue.
