Edit Lockout Manager

Like the RPC Manager, the Edit Lockout Manager is a service that is related to remote applications. The Edit Lockout Manager service (also referred to as ELM) enables online configuration of your remote application by managing the VTS locking scheme and keeping information synchronized on the server and clients (see Remote Configuration and the VTS Locking Scheme for further information on the VTS locking scheme).
