Error Dialogs Related to Creating a New Application

If you have changed the path and have used invalid characters when doing so, you will receive one of the two following error messages, depending on how the invalid character is interpreted by the operating system.

The first message shown indicates that the invalid characters have been interpreted as part of a directory name. The second message indicates that either, the invalid characters have been interpreted as a drive name (a colon will cause this), or a valid path to which you are unable to write has been provided.

The New Application Properties dialog will close, and the new application will not be created. You must use configure the New Application Dialog again, this time the new application being sure to use valid characters and no spaces in the application's path. Valid characters are defined in Valid Application Path Characters.
