Question: I have recently upgraded my version of VTS; why are the custom graphics for my application missing?
A: If you have upgraded your version of VTS, and find that many of your custom graphics are missing from your application(s), this is an indication that you have inadvertently overwritten them with the new VTS version. This situation may occur if you have saved your custom graphics in the VTS layer directory (e.g. "C:\VTS\VTS\Bitmaps"), rather than in your OEM or application directory.
To restore your custom graphics, copy and paste your backups to the new VTS layer directory, or to your OEM or application directory.
Note: It is recommended that you always store your custom graphics in your OEM or application directories, and be sure to back up your applications and custom graphics on a regular basis.
Information on adding custom graphics to your applications can be found in Add Custom Graphics.
