FAQ: One Workstation Running a Remote Application Appears to be Unsynchronized with the Other Workstations

Question:       One workstation running a remote VTS application appears to be having problems with tags and/or files. How can I correct this problem?

 

A:        It is possible that the single workstation's tags, and/or files are not synchronized with those of the primary configuration server. To remedy this issue, you should force synchronization of the client's tags and/or files with the primary configuration server's tags and/or files.
