Importing a User Draw Method
A DM (user-defined drawing method) can be imported from another application.
DMs are stored as *.SRC files in your application directory. The User Draw Methods context menu provides an Import function that allows you to find these files on your computer's hard disk and import them into your current application.
Note: Not all *.SRC files are DMs. This file extension is used by pages and other VTS modules as well. Attempting to import a *.SRC file that is not a DM will result only in an error message being displayed.
To import a DM, follow these steps:
1. Open the Configure dialog by clicking on the Libraries button in the Configuration Toolbox (Libraries).
2. Expand the Drawing Tools library by clicking on the + sign beside that node.
3. Right-Click on the User Draw Methods node to display its context menu
4. Select Import from the context menu
5. Locate the source file on disk and select it
6. Click on Open
