By default, only the VTS runtime and help file components are automatically selected for installation when you run the installation program (as illustrated below).

In order for a licensed PC to have VTS/IS capabilities, you must ensure that the "VTS Internet Client Support" component is installed.
Note: If you are unsure as to whether you installed the VTS/IS component when you installed VTS, simply navigate to the VTS installation directory and view its contents. If a "BrowserMon" directory is present, then you have already installed the component required to turn your PC into a VTS/IS.
If you did not install the required "VTS Browser Support" component, you can easily do by running the setup program on your VTS installation CD again. Ensure that the VTS Internet Client Support option is checked along with any other component that you want, and accept all other defaults during the installation process.
