The Modify Account dialog (shown below) opens when a user clicks the Modify button of the Accounts dialog. If automatic password expiration has not been set, the Password Options message will read “Password never expires”. Regardless of this setting, you can force the user to change their password on the next login by checking the box, “Force reset of password at next logon”.

This dialog is used to modify existing user accounts. You can change the username, password, or the privileges you've assigned to a user's account.
To modify a user's account:
1. Select the account you wish to modify from the list of accounts in the Accounts dialog.
2. Click the Modify button. The Modify Accounts dialog opens.
Change the account properties you wish (e.g. username, password or privileges). If you wish to modify custom application privileges for the selected account, scroll to the bottom of the My Privileges list. If you wish to modify system privileges, simply select or deselect system privileges as required. (For a complete list of system privileges, see System Privileges.) If you wish to grant all privileges (both system and application privileges) to this account, you may click the Check All button.
3. [Optional] Force the user to change their password on their next logon. (See: Force Users to Change Their Password.)
4. Click the OK button.
