Page Change Buttons

At the center of the navigation bar, between the Menu button and the Add To List button, is the page change button area. Each page change button is programmed to open a page in your application when clicked. This feature lets operators navigate to frequently used pages at the click of a button.

The following image identifies the page change button area.

Each page change button is given the name of the page to which it is assigned. When a page associated with a page change button is being displayed, the page change button's label appears in bold text. (Note the Alarm Page in the example).

The size of each page change button is relative to the number of page change buttons that are configured for your application. The more page change buttons you add to the navigation bar, the smaller each button will become, and the harder it will be for you to read the labels on them. It is for this reason that you should limit page buttons to only those pages that are frequently used and make use of the menu to access pages that are not so frequently used.

The following sections describe how to use the page change buttons.
