Use the parameters tab to work with the parameters attached to the current page. All the parameters attached to a page are available to the drawing methods within that page and no other.
Parameters are designed to be used with pages that will be opened in multiple instances, where each instance displays its own set of tags.
For example, a treatment center may have 10 nearly identical sub-stations, each of which will look like the others, but each of which will have different labels and its own set of I/O tags. You can save time by creating one page as a template for all the substations, using a parameter for each tag. The same page can be added to the menu 10 times, using a different name and a different set of tags each time, thus saving hours of work.
Note: Never define parameters in the application’s default page. There is no way to select the tags that will be used for these parameters when the default page opens. You would therefore see the Edit Parameters dialog every time the application restarts

The Add button opens the New Parameter dialog where you can define the name and the data type of page`s parameters. See the next section: New Parameter Dialog.
The Modify button opens a dialog with the same features as that used for the New button. Only one parameter can be edited at a time.
The Delete button removes the selected parameter from the page.
The up and down arrow buttons allow you to put the parameters into an order that seems logical for your application.
