The VTS Developer's Guide was written under the assumption that:
• You are familiar with the computer you are using and are comfortable using a mouse and keyboard.
• You are familiar with Windows terms such as icon, click, double-click, drag, select, menu, window, insertion point, folder or directory, dialog box, and with basic concepts such as directory structures, file naming, configuration files and simple client-server terminology.
• You have already installed VTS and VTScada. (Installation instructions can be found in the Getting Started with VTS Guide)
• You have read Getting Started with VTS and have completed the tutorial application to familiarize yourself with VTS.
