You can print the Historical Data Viewer page using one of the following three methods:
The Print Button
A printer button is provided in the HDV toolbar. This has the same function as the VTS Print Screen button, but will always be available, regardless of how the HDV window is opened. The Print Screen Button will not be available when the HDV is opened by clicking on a tag to view its trend information.
VTS Print Screen Button
Click the Print Screen button appearing in the Display Manager’s title bar. A dialog will open and request confirmation that you wish to print the page.
Click the OK button. The Communications Data page will be printed to the default printer configured under your Windows operating system.
Shortcut Keys
Press the Ctrl + Print Screen shortcut keys to create a screen capture of the page.
Open a Microsoft ™ Word document or a graphics software file.
Press the Ctrl + V shortcut keys to paste the screen capture into the document or graphics file.
Print the image as directed by Microsoft Word or the graphics software.
