When a user who has the Manager privilege granted to their user account clicks the All Privileges button that appears in the Options dialog, the Privileges dialog opens. An example is displayed below.

As shown in the example, all the user accounts that have been created for this application are listed in the first column. All available privileges are listed across the top of the dialog. To the right of each user account name, the privileges granted to each user are indicated by "X" symbols.
At the right edge of the dialog, the days until the next enforced password reset for each user is shown. This will display a 0 for all users if automatic expiration of passwords has not been enabled.
The Privileges dialog enables manager-level users to view the privileges that have been assigned to all user accounts in an application, and to modify these privileges. To do so:
1. Locate the row representing the user whose privileges you wish to modify.
2. Locate the column representing the privilege you wish to grant or deny.
3. Click to add or remove the appropriate privilege.
An "X" indicates that the privilege has been granted to the selected account, while the absence of an "X" indicates that the privilege has not been granted to the selected account. If you wish to grant all privileges to the selected user account, click the associated Check All button. If you wish to deny all privileges to the selected user account, click the associated Check None button.
The Tag Modify privilege is associated with 4 other privileges: Alarm Disable, Manual Data, Questionable Data, and Parameter View. Granting the Tag Modify privilege does not automatically grant these associated privileges to the selected user's account. When the Tag Modify privilege has been selected in the Privileges dialog, the Alarm Disable, Manual Data, Questionable Data, and Parameter View privileges will automatically be highlighted with 0s; you must click the associated Alarm Disable, Manual Data, Questionable Data, and Parameter View privileges until an X appears in order to grant them to the selected user account.
Note: You cannot add a new user account to an application using the Privileges dialog. Please refer to User Accounts for information on adding new user accounts.
