To save tags as a group so that they can be used at a later time to generate reports, follow the steps below.
1. Select the tags to be included in the tag group from the Tags Available list.
2. Use the arrow button between the lists to move the tags selected in the Tags Available list to the Tags In Report list.
3. Click the Save Group button.
The Save As dialog opens. By default, the application directory will be the one currently shown.

4. [optional] Use the Browse Folders tool to navigate to the directory where you would like to save this tag group.
It is suggested that you create a folder within your application directory especially for tag groups.
5. Enter a descriptive name for the tag group in the File name field, followed by the extension .GRP.
6. Click the Save button. The tag group is saved in the specified directory.
Once you've saved a tag group, you can load it into the Tags In Report list at any time so that you can generate a report based on the tags belonging to the group. Instructions for loading a tag group are provided in the following topic.
