In this manual, you will find pages referred to as being either a "system page" or an "application page".
System pages are those that are built into VTS such as the Historical Data Viewer, the Alarms page, Reports page, etc. These cannot be edited or deleted.
Application pages are those that you create as you build the user interface for your application. These can be created, edited and deleted as needed.
The Overview page is considered to be an application page, even though it is automatically added to every new application by VTS. Its purpose is to provide you with an initial application page upon which you can begin creating your application.
