The Browser button, launches the Tag Browser, one of the most frequently used tools in the Configuration Toolbox.

The Tag Browser enables you to view and manage the tags that have been configured for your application. As discussed in Tag Properties Database (Points.mdb), tags and their properties are stored in the tag properties database for your application. The Tag Browser makes it easy for you to manipulate the tables (tag types), records (individual tags), and fields (properties) of the tag properties database while you are running your application.
By default, some font style tags (see Font Tags), alarm priority tags (see Alarm Priority), and notebook tags (see Notebook Tags) are automatically added to your application when it is initially created; therefore when you launch the Tag Browser for the first time, it will display these tags in its list. An example is displayed below.
