VTS includes a binary file that contains the palette data for VTS. This binary file is named, "Palette.PAL", and is stored in the VTS installation directory. VTS's palette consists of 256 colors. It is recommended that you use the VTS palette when you are creating custom bitmaps for your applications to avoid discrepancies between your system colors and the colors in your VTS application.
