Uninstalling the ActiveX Component from a VIC

Unfortunately, Microsoft Internet Explorer Component Download does not provide automatic support for un-installing ActiveX components. To completely remove the ActiveX component from a VIC, the actions listed below are required:

1.   In Microsoft Internet Explorer, select "Tools" in the menu, and choose "Internet Options".

2.   Ensure that the "Programs" tab is displayed.

3.   Select the Mange Add-ons button. The "Mange Add-ons" dialog opens.

4.   Select the VTS Class add-on from the list.

5.   Select the Delete button in the lower right of the dialog.

6.   Click OK to close the Mange Add-ons dialog.

7.   Click OK to close the Internet Options dialog.
