User accounts are created and modified using the Accounts Dialog. Any user with the Manager privilege will have access to the Users button that appears in the Options dialog. Click the Users button to open the Accounts dialog.

The Accounts dialog enables managers to add, copy, modify and/or delete user accounts from the application.
Opens a dialog that can be used to configure a new user account. Options will include setting the user name, password, security privileges and automatic logoff time. See: Add Account dialog
Creates an unnamed copy of the currently selected user account. You will be prompted to provide a new username and password for this account. The initial security privileges granted will be those in the existing account. See: Copy Account dialog.
Opens a dialog very similar to the Add Account dialog, displaying the username, password and privileges that have been granted to the selected user's account. Any of these account properties can then be modified. See: Modify Account dialog
Opens the Delete Account dialog that asks the user to confirm the deletion of a selected account from the application.
Note: At least one user account with the Manager privilege (see Manager Privilege) must exist at all times. The Delete button will be disabled in the event that you select the last remaining user account with the Manager privilege in the Accounts dialog, thereby preventing you from deleting that account.
Closes the Accounts dialog.
