In this exercise, you will plot the values of "AI20_1 Booster Tank Level" on the analog plotting area.
1. Ensure that the Configuration Toolbox is closed, and the application is in operational mode.
2. Open the Historical Data Viewer page using the menu.
3. Click the Tag Selector button in the tool bar to open the Tag Selector dialog. (Remember that the tools in the tool bar have descriptive tooltips to help you identify them.)

4. Select the "AI20_1 Booster Tank Level" tag in the Tag Selection list.
5. Click the Select Tag button.
The "AI20_1 Booster Tank Level" tag is added to the Selected Tags/Queries for Plotting list, indicating that it will be plotted on the graph.
6. Click the Plot button.
The Tag Selector dialog will close, and the data for the "AI20_1 Booster Tank Level" tag will be plotted on the analog plots graph.
The pen legend displays fundamental information about the tag whose data is being plotted, including the name and description of the tag, and its value. By default, the time scale is set to "1 Day" (as is indicated by the duration selector drop-down list, and the scale along the x-axis). The duration selector drop-down list enables you to modify the time scale to view a longer or shorter span of data. The exercise that follows discusses how to do so.
