To generate a report, you must at least:
• select a report type,
• choose the tags whose data you wish to be included in the report, and
• select an output format for the report.
The instructions below will guide you through the process of generating an hourly snapshot report on the booster tank level and pump status using the Screen Display output format from the reports page.
1. Select Hourly Snapshot Report from the Report Type drop-down list.
The Tags Available list adjusts to display the tags available for inclusion in this report (in the case of hourly snapshot reports, only those tags that have an associated logger tag are displayed in the Tags Available list).
2. Select "AI20_1 Booster Tank Level" in the Tags Available list.
3. Click the ">" button to move this tag to the Tags In Report list.
4. Select "DI10_1 Booster Pump Status" in the Tags Available list.
5. Click the ">" button to move this tag to the Tags In Report list.
6. Select Last Day from the Presets drop-down list (located in the "3. Reporting Period" section of the Reports page).
7. Select Screen Display from the Output Type drop-down list (located in the "5. Report Destination" section of the Reports page).
8. Click the Run Report button.
The hourly snapshot report will open on your screen. A "snapshot" of the value of the selected tags will be displayed for every hour from the present time to yesterday at the same time.
