You can use the Manager1 account to configure the user accounts for the operators of your application. Again, accounts are managed using the Accounts dialog that is accessed from the Options dialog (Users button).
First we will add a two new user accounts. You should still be logged on to the Manager1 account from the last exercise.

5. Enter "Pass" in the New Password field.

8. Click the OK button on the Add Account dialog. The Add Account dialog closes, and the new user account is added to the Accounts dialog.
The new user account consists of only the Alarm Acknowledge, Questionable, and Alarm Page Access privileges; therefore, Jack will only be able to acknowledge alarms on the Alarm page, and mark and unmark data as questionable using the shortcut menu.
9. To test the new user account and determine its restrictions, logoff the Manager1 account, then logon to the Jack account to explore the tutorial application. Once you have finished, log off the Jack account and logon to the Manager1 account again in preparation for the next exercise.
