Skills Achieved in Lesson 16

By completing Lesson 16, you learned the following:

Commissioning is the process where data reported by tags is verified against the data reported by the equipment.

All basic I/O tags are automatically set with a value of "1" or "on" for their questionable data property. This results in a "Questionable Data" indicator or flag being displayed on the tag's drawing method(s) and on the "Questionable Data" menu item in the shortcut menu.

Changes made to tag data via any of the shortcut menu items are known as operational changes.

Changes made to tag data via the Tag Browser are known as configuration changes.

Configuration changes and operational changes affect the transmission of data around a network (for networked applications).
