According to the P&ID, the booster tank also requires a line transmitter in addition to the pressure transmitter. Use the bitmap tool to place a line transmitter as shown in the example below. Take your new knowledge of using the Line tool and apply it to connect the line transmitter to the booster tank as shown below.
