Getting Started with VTS was written under the assumption that:
• You are familiar with the computer you are using, and are comfortable using a mouse;
• You are familiar with Windows terms such as icon, click, right-click, double-click, drag, select, choose, menu, window, insertion point, folder, dialog box, and with basic concepts such as directory (folder) structures, file naming and simple client-server terminology;
• (For developers) You are comfortable installing software on the computer you are using and that you have administrative privileges on the computer(s) where you plan to install VTS.
