Most applications are far too complicated to be shown on a single page.
VTS allows you to build multi-page applications, with controls grouped together in whatever way makes the most sense. A water treatment system, for example, might include a page showing an overview, a page for a booster system, a page for a chlorination system...
VTS provides several ways to move from one page to another:
• A menu, (which you create and organize) can list all the pages in one place, grouped by use:

• Page names may be listed in the Page Navigation Bar, across the bottom of the screen for quick links.

• Hotboxes may be placed within a page, providing a quick link to another, related page. Two common uses for hotboxes are to provide a link to a detail page from an overview page, and to open a dialog box-style page containing the controls for a piece of equipment.

A shortcut for stepping backward or forward through the history of pages you have viewed is provided in the lower right corner of the screen. The left and right arrows step back or forward through your page viewing history. The + and – buttons allow you to add or remove the page you are currently viewing to/from the Navigation Bar.
