There may be a conflict between your anti-virus software and VTScada that may affect the speed at which alarms are indicated and the VTScada Alarm page opens.
If you have installed anti-virus software, it is recommended that you configure it in such a way that it does not scan any *.log, *.dat, *.db, *.mdb files in your VTS installation directory.
