Enable an Alarm from a Application Page

To enable an alarm:

1.  Right-click the graphic object representing the equipment process on your application page. The shortcut menu opens and displays the options available for the selected object.

2.  Select the Disable Alarm (or Alarm Disable) option of the shortcut menu (which is currently marked with a checkmark (), indicating that it is toggled on). (Note: If you have not been granted the user privilege to disable alarms, the Disable Alarm (or Alarm Disable) option is disabled in the shortcut menu.)

The Operational Change Pending dialog box may open briefly while the operation is in progress. Do not click the Cancel button; rather, wait for the dialog to close.

The selected alarm is enabled. The Disable Alarm (or Alarm Disable) option in the shortcut menu is no longer be marked with a checkmark (ü), indicating that the alarm is no longer disabled.
