Send Report Data By E-mail

The VTS Reports page enables you to transmit report data by e-mail to a user or group of users. There are two e-mail options available:

§ For reports formatted with the "Text File" output option, you may transmit the report data in the body of an e-mail message (Send Report Data in the Body of an E-mail Message).

§ For reports formatted with the "Text File", "CSV File", "Formatted Excel XLS File", "Plain Excel XLS File", or "Access MDB File" output option, you may transmit the report data as an attachment to an e-mail message (Send Report Data as Attachment to an E-mail Message).
