To activate a roster to be used by the Alarm Dialer system to contact designated operators in the event that alarms go unacknowledged for a specified period of time, follow the instructions below.
1. Navigate to the Call-Out List page using the menu or the page buttons.
2. Click the button representing the roster you wish to activate.
The selected roster's button will be depressed, indicating that the roster is switched on. The Alarm Dialer system will now contact in sequence the operators whose contact information has been configured for the selected roster.
Note: If you are unsure which roster should be activated, please ask your VTS developer for assistance.
