Filtering the alarm list is different than sorting the alarm list. A filter removes any alarms that do not meet a specific criterion from the currently displayed list. When you filter the currently displayed alarm list by priority, all alarms that do not match the selected priority are removed from the list.
To filter the currently displayed alarm list by priority:
1. Click the "Show All Priorities" drop-down list.
2. Select the priority of alarms you wish to view.
Only alarms matching the selected priority are now shown in the currently displayed alarm list.
