Delete Contact Information for an Operator from the Alarm Dialer System

If you have been granted the appropriate user privileges, you can add contact information for a new operator.

1.  Navigate to the Call-Out List page using the menu or page buttons.

2.  Right-click the button representing the roster from which you wish to delete an operator record.

3.  Select the shortcut menu option pertaining to pertaining to the record associated with the operator. The associated operator records are displayed.

4.  Delete the operator's name from the Person field.

5.  Delete the operator's phone number, pager number, or e-mail address from the Phone Number field.

6.  Delete the PIN number for the pager (if the Pager radio button is selected for the operator's record) from the PIN Number field. The operator record should now appear similar to the one shown below.

7.  Click the OK button. The operator is now removed from the roster.

 

If you have deleted an operator's record from the beginning or middle of a roster (i.e. records 1 through 7), you should reorder the operator records so that the blank record appears at the end of the roster. Instructions on reordering operator records can be found in the section that follows.
