Disable an Alarm from a Application Page

To disable an alarm:

1.  Right-click the graphic object representing the equipment process on your application page. The shortcut menu opens and displays the options available for the selected object.

2.  Select the Disable Alarm (or Alarm Disable) option. (Note: If you have not been granted the user privilege to disable alarms, the Disable Alarm (or Alarm Disable) option is disabled in the shortcut menu.)

The Operational Change Pending dialog box may open briefly while the disable operation is in progress. Do not click the Cancel button; rather wait for the dialog to close.

The selected alarm is now disabled. The Disable Alarm (or Alarm Disable) option in the shortcut menu is marked with a checkmark (ü), indicating that it is toggled on.
