To disable the Alarm Dialer system so that no operators are contacted in the event that alarms go unacknowledged for a specified period of time, follow the instructions below.
1. Navigate to the Call-Out List page using the menu or the page buttons.
2. Click the Default Call-Out Off button.
The Default Call-Out Off button will be depressed, indicating that the Alarm Dialer system is turned off. The Alarm Dialer system will not contact any operators in the event that any alarms go unacknowledged for a specified period of time.
Note: It should be noted that your VTS developer may have configured a button labeled Off or None, rather than Default Call-Out Off as the button that switches the Alarm Dialer system off. If you are in doubt, ask your VTS developer which button to click.
