Interacting with VTS Pages

Most VTS applications consist of a standard Alarm page (see The Alarm Page and Alarms), Historical Data Viewer page (see The Historical Data Viewer Page), and Reports page (see The Reports Page), all of which are discussed thoroughly in the next three chapters of this VTS Operator's Guide. Depending upon the scope of your system and the way in which your VTS developer has configured your VTS application, your VTS application consists of a number of application pages and elements that have been customized specifically for your system, and therefore cannot be directly referenced in this guide.

For this reason, this section on interacting with VTS application pages has been included. It is intended to describe and explain some of the ways in which you might identify and interact with different types of data on your customized application pages.

Note: Ask your VTS developer if a custom Operator's Guide has been created for your application. A custom Operator's Guide explains the exact features of the application pages for your VTS application and how to use them.
