Managing Contact Records for the Alarm Dialer System

If you have been granted the appropriate user privilege, you can modify, add, or delete the contact information for designated operators for the Alarm Dialer system, and change the order in which the operators will be contacted. Instructions on doing so appear in the sections that follow.
