You can easily print the alarm list currently being viewed on the Alarm page, simply by clicking the Print button that appears in the Display Manager's title bar while the Alarm page is being displayed.

The Alarm List Print dialog (shown below) opens, and enables you to configure the time period for the alarm entries you wish to print, and the method of printing.

The components of the Alarm List Print dialog are as follows:
|
Alarm List Print Dialog Component |
Description |
|
All |
The All radio button enables you to print all alarms that are currently displayed in the alarm list (according to the selected list option button). |
|
Range |
The Range button enables you to select a start date and time and an end date and time between which all alarms that have occurred will be printed. |
|
Print to File |
When selected, the Print to File checkbox enables you to save the alarm list to a text file, rather than printing to the default Windows printer. You are given the opportunity to enter the extension and location for the text file. |
Instructions on printing the alarm list to the default windows printer, and to a text file can be found in the sections that follow.
