Print the Alarm List to the Default Windows Printer

To print the alarm list on the default Windows printer, follow the steps indicated below:

1.  Select the List Options button that represents the alarm list you wish to print to a file (see Changing the Category of Alarms Displayed in the Alarm List). If necessary, apply any filters or sorting criteria you require (see Sorting the Alarms in the Alarm List, or Filtering the Alarms in the Alarm List).

2.  Click the Print button that appears in the Display Manager's title bar. The Alarm List Print dialog opens as shown below.

3.  Configure the alarms you wish to be printed to file by selecting the "All" radio button, or by selecting the "Range" radio button and entering a start and end date/time.

4.  Ensure that the "Print To File" checkbox is deselected.

5.  Click the OK button. The alarm list is printed on the default Windows printer. While the alarm list is being printed, a progress dialog indicates the number of alarms being printed from the list.
